Mr. Visar Suhodolli is a seasoned entrepreneur from Kosovo and the CEO of HRZ Financing Solutions. In addition to HRZ, he is the principal shareholder of DUX Mining, DUX Minerals and DUX Metals, companies active in mining, mineral exploration and trading across the Balkan region.

With extensive executive and boardroom experience, Mr. Suhodolli has played a pivotal role in the Balkan mining sector and the real estate market, leveraging his strategic insight and operational expertise. He has also served as a board member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, underscoring his leadership in regional and international business networks.

Holding a degree in Law from the University of Prishtina, Mr. Suhodolli combines legal expertise with entrepreneurial acumen, offering a skill set that spans corporate governance, investment structuring and sector-specific strategic development. His stewardship of HRZ Financing Solutions and the DUX group ensures strong leadership, robust financial oversight and deep industry insight.
